Swap Market is a marketplace built for buying, selling and trading in pre-owned mobile devices.
If you're selling, you can check what your device is worth and choose between Trade In, Sell Quick or Earn Big, or set your own listing price.
If you're buying, you get greater transparency through device testing, actual device photos, Device Report Cards and Buyer Protection.
From checking your device and listing it for sale to payment, delivery and device verification, everything is available at your fingertips through Swap Market.
You can buy pre-owned mobile devices, sell your device at a price you choose, trade in eligible devices for an instant offer, check what your device is worth with different pricing options, and protect eligible purchases with available Device Protection or Extended Warranty plans.
Swap Market is currently available in Malaysia, supporting users across both West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Swap Market is designed to keep things simple.
If you're buying, browse available devices, review the device condition, actual photos and Device Report Card, complete your purchase and have the device delivered. Once it arrives, use Verify Device Condition in the app to check the device yourself.
If you're selling, check your device, see what it's worth, choose how you want to sell it, upload the required photos and create your listing. We'll guide you through the next steps when your device is sold.
If your device is eligible for Trade In, you can also choose an instant Trade-In offer without waiting for your listing to sell.
No. Swap Market is open to everyday users. Every seller follows the same structured listing and device verification requirements, providing greater consistency and transparency across the marketplace.
No. You don't need to arrange a physical meetup to complete your transaction. Doorstep pickup and delivery options are available through Swap Market, allowing the process to be completed without arranging a meeting with another user.
Yes. Swap Market charges zero seller fees. You can list and sell your device without a seller commission being deducted from your selling price.
Buyer Protection helps protect you if something materially goes wrong with your purchase.
This may include your device not being delivered, receiving the wrong device, receiving a different model, colour, storage capacity or specification, an undisclosed functional defect, or a device that materially differs from its listing.
Buyer Protection does not cover a simple change of mind, minor wear that does not materially differ from the listing, or issues that were already disclosed before purchase.
Swap Market is designed to make buying pre-owned devices safer and more transparent.
Devices must complete the required listing and device-check process, including a Device Report Card, condition declaration and actual device photos. Purchases also include Buyer Protection.
After delivery, you have 48 hours to use Verify Device Condition and raise a dispute if something isn't right.
Before a device can be listed, the seller must complete the required device checks, declare its condition and upload actual photos of the device.
The device information and test results are presented through its Device Report Card, helping you understand what you're buying before making a purchase.
After receiving the device, you can also use Verify Device Condition to perform device checks yourself.
Think of it as a health report for the phone. A Device Report Card shows information about the device and the results of checks completed before it was listed.
Together with the condition declaration and actual device photos, it gives you greater transparency into the device you're considering.
After delivery, you can perform device checks again using Verify Device Condition.
Yes. Sellers are required to upload photos of the actual device as part of the listing process. Always review the photos together with the device condition, description and Device Report Card before purchasing.
Start by selecting your device and completing the required device checks and condition declaration. Swap Market will then provide available pricing recommendations, including Trade In, Sell Quick and Earn Big, so you can compare your options before deciding what works best for you.
Swap Market gives you different options depending on what matters most to you.
Trade In gives you an instant offer for an eligible device without waiting for your listing to sell.
Sell Quick recommends a competitive listing price to increase your chances of selling faster.
Earn Big recommends a higher listing price to maximise how much you could earn.
Sell Quick and Earn Big are recommendations only. If you choose to list, you're always in control of your listing price.
No. If you choose to list your device, you have 100% control over your selling price. Sell Quick and Earn Big are there to help you make a more informed pricing decision, but the final listing price is yours.
Open the Swap Market app and select Verify Device Condition for your order. This allows you to perform device checks after receiving the device and confirm its condition.
We strongly recommend doing this as soon as your device arrives.
A seller only becomes eligible for payout after the applicable fulfilment conditions have been met.
After delivery, the Buyer has 48 hours to verify the device condition and raise a dispute if something isn't right.
Once the Buyer successfully verifies the device condition, or the 48-hour dispute period ends without a dispute, the Seller becomes eligible for payout.
If something doesn't match the listing or you discover an eligible issue, open a dispute through the Swap Market app immediately.
You have 48 hours after delivery to raise a dispute before the transaction automatically completes. Do not verify the device condition if something isn't right.
If no dispute is raised, the transaction will automatically complete 48 hours after delivery. We strongly recommend using Verify Device Condition as soon as you receive your device so you have enough time to check it properly.
Buyer Protection is designed to protect your purchase during the applicable verification and dispute period. It is not ongoing device coverage after the transaction has been completed.
Eligible devices may have Device Protection or Extended Warranty options available to provide additional protection after your purchase.
